Often curious what a banana goodness is? A decent source of Vitamin C, dietary fiber, and manganese are not only vitamin B6 but bananas. Bananas are also fat-free, free from cholesterol and nearly free of sodium. So what does your wellbeing mean?

Banana's wellness effects

1) 1. Bananas are one of the best vitamin B6 fruit sources

Vite B6 from bananas is easy to take from your body and around a quarter of your daily vitamin B6 needs can be given by medium-size bananas.

The body can help with the vitamin B6:

Red blood cells are made,

Transform carbon and fats into energy and metabolise carbohydrates,

Amino acids metabolise,

Delete your liver, kidney, and unwanted chemicals

maintain a healthy nervous system.

Vitamin B6 also allows pregnant women to fulfill the developmental specifications of their infant.

2. Bananas are respected vitamin C sources

You may not add vitamin C to bananas, but a medium-sized banana will provide about 10% of your daily vitamin C requirements.

Helping with Vitamin C:

Protect the body from damage to cells and tissues,

Your body will consume iron more efficiently, your body will produce collagen, a protein that binds skin, bones and body together that will help boost your wellbeing through the development of serostonin.

3. Banana manganese is good for the skin

Around 13% of your daily needs are covered by a medium sized banana. Manganese helps the body produce collagen and avoids free radical damage to the skin and other cells.

4. Banana potassium is ideal for fitness and blood pressure in the heart

A medium-sized banana can supply 320-400 mg potassium to fulfill about 10% of your daily potassium requirements.

Potassium helps the heart and blood pressure to keep your body safe. Moreover, the sodium level of bananas is low. The low combination of sodium and high potassium helps with high blood pressure.

5. Bananas can help digestion and overcome gastrointestinal problems

A medium-sized banana provides 10-12 percent of your fiber daily. The Health Promotion Board in Singapore recommends 20g for women and 26g for men for a daily fiber intake.

In your wellbeing, soluble and insoluble fibers play a significant role. Soluble fibres, like cholesterol, help your body control your blood sugar levels and remove fatty products. Insoluble fiber adds softness and weight to stools so that you can move bowels regularly. It helps to protect your gut from harmful bacteria, healthy and safe.

Bananas, particularly newly matured ones, have starch that does not digest into your small intestine (resistant starch) and is able to enter the large intestine. These bananas allow you to properly control your weight while it lasts longer.

6. Bananas supply you with energy without cholesterol and fats.

Bananas have three natural carbohydrates, sucrose, fructose and glucose, to provide you with a fat energy supply that is free of cholesterol. Bananas are great for breakfast, as a snack at midday or before or after a sport, particularly for children and athletes.
